Mrs Adetoun Ibilola Popoola
GENERAL MANAGER, LAGOS STATE PARKS AND GARDENS AGENCY
Adetoun Ibilola Popoola, born in 1984, attended the prestigious Queen’s College in Lagos.
An Alumnus of the University of Lagos (UNILAG), she bagged a B.Sc. in Business Administration in 2004. Adetoun also obtained an M.Sc. in Marketing and Communications Management from the University of Hull, UK in 2009.
Adetoun started her career in Banking as an Executive Trainee with Guaranty Trust Bank Plc in 2006. Her passion for excellence earned her exceptional promotion to the position of Banking Officer in 2012 and then Senior Banking Officer in 2015. With over 10 years experience in project management, customer experience and quality management, she joined the Strategy and Corporate Transformation Group of the Bank of Industry in 2018 as an Assistant Manager where she played an exceptional role in the success of the 2019 ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
Surveillance Audit for the Bank of Industry. Adetoun has attended several seminars and workshops within and outside the country, including: ISO 9001:2018 (Quality Management System) Internal Audit Certification; Root-Cause Analysis based on Lean Six Sigma Methodology Certification Training (by British Standards Institute); ISO Integrated Management System – Lead Implementer (Certification Training) (by British Standards Institute amongst others.
In 2019, Adetoun was appointed the General Manager of Lagos State Parks and Gardens Agency (LASPARK). Since her assumption of office, she has intensely propagated the environmental sustainability vision of the State Government through various initiatives. Adetoun is happily married

MR. OLUJIMI OYEWALE SOYEMI
HEAD, ADMINISTRATION & HUMAN RESOURCES
Olujimi Oyewale Soyemi, is a distinguished administrator, human resources professional and spiritual leader with over two decades of experience in public service, organizational management, and ministry. Known for his dynamic leadership, strategic thinking, and commitment to excellence, Mr. Soyemi has made significant contributions to various institutions in Lagos State, Nigeria, while also impacting lives through his pastoral work and authorship.
He holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business Administration from the University of Lagos (2012) and a Master of Science (MSc) in Organizational Behaviour (2023/2024). His academic qualifications are complemented by certifications in Human Resources, Communication, and Administration, as well as a Diploma in Data Processing.
Mr. Soyemi’s career spans key roles in administration and human resources, showcasing his expertise in organizational management. As Head of the Admin/HR Department at Lagos State Parks and Gardens Agency (LASPARK) (2024–Present), he oversees recruitment, training, policy implementation, and strategic planning. Previously, he served as Senior Admin/HR Officer and Personal Assistant to the Chairman of the Lagos State Independent Electoral Commission (2016–2021), managing schedules, election planning, and HR compliance. He also worked as an Admin/HR Officer II at the Public Service Office (2015–2016), assisting in service matters and organizing training programs. Earlier, as Admin/HR Officer and Personal Assistant to the Chief Judge of the Lagos State Judiciary (2012–2014), he managed judicial operations. His career began with data processing roles (2001–2012), where he supervised documentation and data management, laying the foundation for his administrative expertise.
In the course of his service, he has received the Outstanding Officer Award from the Lagos State Government (2014) and a Commendation Letter from the Lagos State Chief Judge (2014).
He is a member of the Protocol & Diplomacy International – Protocol Officers Association (PDI-POA) and has contributed to electoral processes, including the Lagos State LG/LCDA Elections (2017 and 2021) and the US General Elections (2016).
Mr. Soyemi is happily married, blessed with children, and enjoys lecturing, reading, sports, networking, and listening and composing gospel music. His life and career exemplify a blend of administrative excellence, spiritual leadership, and a dedication to inspiring others, leaving a lasting impact on institutions, communities, and individuals alike.

MRS. YINKA AMINAT OLADINI
GREENER LAGOS MANAGER (GLM3)
Yinka Aminat Oladini attended Federal Polytechnic Ilaro at Ogun State for National Diploma in Science Laboratory Technology in 1992, further proceeded in 1993 and had a Diploma in Computer Studies at Bethesda Computers Government Approved Institute. In 1995, she obtained Higher National Diploma in Microbiology/ Virology at University of Ibadan (UI), in 2008; she went further to obtain post Graduate Diploma in Health, Safety & Environmental Management at College of Medicine of the University of Lagos (Unilag).
She attended Federal University of Agriculture Abeokuta for her Master’s degree in Environmental Management (MEM) in 2014.
Mrs. Oladini, a Scientific Officer and Deputy Director, joined the Lagos State Government Civil Service in 1999 and was deployed to Ministry of Environment & Water Resources (Sewage Department) where she worked till 2003 with subsequent deployments to Ikeja Local Government and Alimosho Local Government as Zonal Coordinator and Monitoring Officer respectively till 2016.
In 2017, she was reposted to her parent Ministry and later redeployed to Lagos State Parks and Gardens Agency under the Ministry of Environment and Water Resources as the Head of Strategic Engagements in 2021 before her position as Greener Lagos Manager in charge of Region 2 and currently Region 3.
She has attended several courses & workshops within the state including Agriculture Policy Development & Implementation, Technical Report Writing, Understanding Sustainability and SDGs for a Greater Lagos, Political Economy Analysis and Capacity Need Assessment for the Lagos State Water Regulatory Commission.
She is happily married and blessed with children.

MRS. OMOLARA OLAJUMOKE AKINPELU

Mrs Omolara Olajumoke Akinpelu graduated from the prestigious Yaba college of Technology as an Urban and Regional Planner in 1994, later proceeded to Lagos State University, where she obtained postgraduate diploma and Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning respectively.
She joined the Lagos State Civil Service in the year 2000, as Higher Technical Officer (Planning) at the Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban development, and has since worked in several Ministries and Departments, including Lagos State Urban and Regional Planning Board (LASURBP), Lagos State Physical Planning and Development Authority (LAPPHYDA), Lagos State Urban Renewal Authority (LASURA), Lagos State Physical Planning Permit Authority (LASPPPA), and currently Lagos State Parks and Garden Agency (LASPARK) as a Deputy Director and Head of Planning and Design.
She is a professional member of Nigerian Institute of Town Planners (NITP) and chartered with the Town Planning Registration Council of Nigeria (TOPREC) as a licensed Town Planner.
She is married with Children.

MR. HAFEEZ ADETOKUNBO SHITTU
HEAD, OPERATIONS
Hafeez Adetokunbo Shittu, a Deputy Director with the Lagos State Government holds a Bachelor of Agriculture Degree and Masters in Business Administration from the University of Benin.
He joined the service of the Lagos State Government in 2001 as Agric Officer II and was deployed to the then Lagos State Agricultural Training Institute Araga, Epe (Now Agric Yes) as an Instructor, later becoming the Head of Livestock Department of the Institute before he was deployed to the then Ministry of Rural Development as Regional Manager for Epe Division. He subsequently served as Zonal Manager for Epe Zone in the Ministry of Local Government and Community Affairs.
In year 2016, he was deployed to Lagos State Parks and Gardens Agency in the Ministry of Environment. While at LASPARK, he has served in various capacities which include, Assistant Head, Horticultural Research and Development Department (HRD), and Regional Manager Region one, receiving a Letter of Commendation from the Agency in 2018 for his performance. In year 2020, he was made the Head of the Operations Unit of the Agency and presently serves in that capacity.
He is a member of Nigerian Institute of Animal Science and a Registered Animal Scientist.
Mr. Shittu is married with children.

MR. SUNDAY WHENAYON IDOWU
GREENER LAGOS MANAGER (GLM4)
Mr. Sunday Whenayon Idowu, Deputy Director (Scientific) holds a degree in Biochemistry from the Lagos State University. He was employed into the Lagos State Civil Service in August 2000 and deployed to Ministry of Environment. (Now Ministry of Environment and Water Resources).
Mr. Idowu has worked in different departments in the Ministry such as Sanitization Dept., Signage and Advertisement Dept., Conservation and Ecology Dept. He once received formal commendation from the Commissioner for Environment in 2008 for dutifully monitoring the establishment and maintenance of Ikorodu Road Beautified site from Onipanu to Anthony.
He was later re-deployed to Lagos State Parks and Gardens Agency in 2012 having been created in 2011. Mr. Idowu has also worked in different departments in various capacities within the Agency since its inception to date, currently serving as Greener Lagos Manager covering Region 4.
He is happily married with Children.

MRS. ORIYOMI OLAIDE COLLINS
GREENER LAGOS MANAGER (GLM6)
Mrs, Oluyomi Olaide Collins, a Deputy Director, started her career with the Lagos State Government as an Agricultural Officer 1 in 2000 at the Ministry of Agriculture and Co-operative for 7 years where she was involved in Training, Advocacy & Processing activities with Farmers. She was later deployed to the Ministry of the Environment – Office of Environmental Services as a pioneer staff in the Climate Change Unit, where she exercised her teachings skills at the School Advocacy Unit, Organizing Quiz competition for Schools, and was involved in the Organization of the first to Seventh International Climate Change Summits for the State.
She graduated from University of Nigeria, Nsukka Enugu State in 1996, where she studied Food Science and Technology. She had her Post Graduate Diploma in Education at the University of Lagos 2011, also obtained Master’s in Environmental Management from University of Lagos in 2016 so as to broaden her scope in Environment. At the School Advocacy Unit of Environmental Planning and Climate Change Department, she was involved in Training of project officers deployed to secondary schools at 6 Educational Districts, in which her knowledge in Education was an added value in the climate change curriculum.
She has attended several local and international workshops and courses on Climate Change, at the University of Rhode Island U.S.A and Green House Gas Emission Training at the World Bank, The Paris Agreement as Developmental Agenda 2020. She worked on policy drafting for climate change and with Non-Governmental Organization on their Policy Advocacy and Partnership programme in conjunction with DFID- Development Partners.
She recently obtained professional certification in Occupational Safety Health Academy in 2020.OSHA U.S.A. Currently deployed to Lagos State Parks and Gardens (LASPARK) to continue the Advocacy, Training and Sensitization drive to promote greening within the state and mitigate the effect of climate change.
She is a member of Science Association of Nigeria (Lagos State Chapter) and a Professional member of Nigeria Institute of Food Science and Technology now chattered and currently, the Vice Co-coordinator of Ikeja zone of the Institute.
She is beautifully married with 4 children.

MRS. OLUWAKEMI MUINAT ONATUNDE
GREENER LAGOS MANAGER (GLM5)
Oluwakemi Muinat Onatunde is a graduate with a B.Sc. degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of Agriculture Makurdi Benue State and holds a Masters in Environmental Management from the University of Lagos. She was employed into the Lagos Civil Service in the year 2000 as a Scientific Officer in the Ministry of Environment now Ministry of Environment and Water Resources.
She was later deployed to the Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency where she worked in the Laboratory and Pollution Department.
Mrs. Onatunde has worked in various capacities since her deployment to the Lagos State Parks and Gardens Agency including as Head of Partnerships before her current position as Greener Lagos Manager in charge of Region 5.
She is married with children.

MRS. TOLULOPE ADEBISI IDOWU
GREENER LAGOS MANAGER (GLM7)
Mrs. Tolulope Adebisi Idowu, a graduate of Geology from Ogun State University, Ago-Iwoye, began her career with the Lagos State Government in November 2001 at the Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency (LASEPA) as Scientific Officer II. In 2005, she was re-designated from the position of Scientific Officer II to the Geologist cadre. Over the years, she has served in various ministries and parastatals, including the Ministry of Works (Material Testing), the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, and the Ministry of the Environment and Water Resources (MEC Alimosho local govt.)
Mrs. Idowu, a Deputy Director, was deployed to the Lagos State Parks and Gardens Agency (LASPARK) in 2025, and is the Greener Lagos Manager (GLM) in charge of Region 7.
She is also a professional member of the Nigerian Mining and Geosciences Society (NMGS), Lagos Chapter.
Mrs. Idowu is happily married with children.

MRS. ADEBIMPE KUPONU
HEAD, TREE PLANTING & MAINTENANCE
Adebimpe Kuponu is a Deputy Director and the Head, Tree Planting and Maintenance Department of the Lagos State Parks and Gardens Agency.
She is a graduate of University of Lagos where she obtained her B.Sc. Chemistry and also a certificate in computer applications. She also possesses certificates in Activating Leadership Potential and in Building Strong Organization from the African Leadership Development Centre of the Covenant University. She is a member of the Science Association of Nigeria.
Mrs. Kuponu joined the Lagos State Civil Service in 2002 and rose through the ranks and files in public service at the Ministry of the Environment and Water Resources (Office of Environmental Services) and Lagos State Parks and Gardens Agency where she works till date.
She was a pioneer staff of Climate change Unit of the Ministry of the Environment and Water Resources (Office of Environmental Services) and part of the organizers of the maiden to third International Climate Change Summit in the State. Under the mitigative aspect of Climate Change Unit, she anchored the ‘Me and My Tree’ programme in Lagos State Schools from 2011 to 2016 in the Tree Planting Unit of the Ministry which later became a full-fledged Department and whose function was transferred to Lagos State Parks and Gardens Agency upon establishment in 2011 where she was also a pioneer staff.
At the Tree Planting and Maintenance Department of the Agency, she is a key staff in organizing the Annual Lagos State Tree Planting Day ceremony which holds at designated sites and all the 57 LGs/LCDAs across the State. She coordinates the Continuous and Commemorative Tree Planting Exercise for the State and various organizations. She also carries out sensitization and advocacy on the importance of Tree Planting.
She was the team lead of the establishment of 6 botanical gardens in 6 State Secondary Schools. She has participated in several workshops and trainings both locally and internationally and worthy of note is the International Workshop of Experts on Global Environmental Change (including Climate Change and Adaption) in sub-Saharan Africa held in Pretoria, South Africa amongst others.
In all, she is a resourceful team player and pragmatic public servant that is passionate in the greenery initiatives of the State Government.

MRS. ADEKUNBI ADEBOLA BAKARE
HEAD, PUBLIC AFFAIRS
Adekunbi Bakare, Public Affairs Director, joined the Lagos State Parks & Gardens Agency (LASPARK) in March 2023 after a period of service in the Lagos State Judiciary on secondment from the Ministry of Information and Strategy.
Her career in the Lagos State Civil Service which started over two decades ago has taken her through different Ministries, Departments & Agencies (MDAs) of the Lagos State Government primarily with public affairs and other special project responsibilities. These MDAs include the Ministry of Information & Strategy (her parent ministry) from where she has been seconded over the years to the Ministry of Commerce & Industry; Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA); Management Service & Reform Office (MSRO) now known as the Lagos State Office of Transformation, Creativity & Innovation (OTCI); and the Lagos State Judiciary before joining LASPARK.
While at MSRO, she was a member of a special project team comprising select officials of the state government to facilitate a project tagged SPARC (State Partnership for Accountability, Responsibility, Responsiveness and Capability) for public sector reform, public finance management as well as development of policy and strategy, working with DFID Consultants. She was also a team member on the Lagos State Strategic Management Project tagged Project WHEEL jointly facilitated by a select team of Lagos State officials and Consultants from international consulting firm, Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC) with His Excellency Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu (then Commissioner for Establishment, Training & Development) as Project Co-ordinator. Project WHEEL led to the development of vision and mission for Lagos State with a comprehensive blueprint to transform each sector in addition to the development of Service Charters, Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) at different levels.
As a pioneer staff of LASTMA, Mrs. Bakare served as Administrative Officer and was part of the team that put the necessary structures and systems in place to build what has become a successful model in traffic management which has now been replicated in other states.
She has a Master’s degree in Communication Studies and a Post-graduate diploma in Public Relations & Advertising. A full member of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (MNIPR), she has attended several professional training programmes and is also a member of other professional bodies including the Nigerian Union of Journalists, National Association of Women Journalists and the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered).
Mrs. Bakare is happily married with children.

MRS. TAIWO OLUWAFUNMILAYO COLE
HEAD, LEGAL
Taiwo Cole, a Legal Practitioner, an administrator, joined the Lagos State Government in 2008 and was deployed to Commercial Law Directorate, where she worked till 2018. She was seconded to Ministry of Waterfront and infrastructure Development in 2018.
In 2019, she was redeployed to Directorate for Citizen’s Rights, Ministry of Justice, where she was later seconded to Domestic and Sexual Violence Response Team (DSVRT), a unit under Directorate for Citizen’s Rights as the Supervisor of the Unit.
In 2020, she was deployed to Lagos State Parks & Gardens Agency a parastatal under the Ministry of the Environment as the Legal Adviser.
Before joining the service of the Lagos State Government, she worked with Babatunde Ogala & Co. as a Legal Practitioner.
She attended the University of Buckingham, United Kingdom, for her Master’s degree in International and Commercial Law (LL.M), Nigerian Law School – (B.L), and Lagos State University – Bachelor of Law (LL.B). She is a Member of Chartered institute of Arbitrators, a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA).

SAHEED OLADIMEJI SANUSI
HEAD, POLICY
Mr. Saheed Sanusi was employed into the Lagos State Civil Service as a Scientific Officer on grade level 08 in 2001, and was deployed to Ministry of the Environment (Sewage and Water Department).
A graduate of Botany from University of Lagos, he got advanced in service to Senior Scientific Officer, and later Principal Scientific Officer on grade level 12.
He was then deployed to Lagos State Wastewater Management Office in 2009, where he was the Coordinator in charge of wastewater management in Lagos Island, Victoria Island, Lekki and Epe.
He worked in various MDAs until his deployment to the Lagos State Parks and Gardens Agency in 2019.
He is presently Head of Policy Unit in LASPARK and is a fellow of Nigeria Scientist Association.
Mr. Sanusi is married with Children.

MR. AKEEM BABATUNDE KAREEM
HEAD, FINANCE & ACCOUNTS
Akeem Babatunde Kareem is an Assistant Director/Head of Finance and Accounts of Lagos State Parks and Gardens Agency. He joined the Lagos State Civil Service as a senior Accountant in November 2006 and was deployed to the State Treasury Office (Monitoring and Investigation Directorate). He was later seconded to Lagos State Waterways Authority in 2008 (a newly created Parastatal of Lagos State Government) as one of the pioneer staff where he later rose to become the Head of Accounts in 2010.
In 2016, he was deployed to Ministry of Justice (Mobile Court) and was later deployed to Ministry of Home of Affairs for one year (2016- 2017). In September 2017, Mr. Kareem was deployed to Lagos State Parks and Gardens Agency as the Head of Finance and Accounts, since then he has been working hand in hand with the General Manager on all financial matters and treasury issues.
Mr. Kareem is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Lagos State University and Master of Science degree in Finance from University of Lagos.
He is married with children.

MR. ORIYOMI BASIRU HASSAN
HEAD, PLANT NURSERY
Oriyomi Basiru Hassan joined the Civil Service on 1st April, 1999 as Teacher grade II in Lagos State Ministry of Education for 7 (seven) years.
In 2006, he was re-designated from Education officer to Principal Agricultural Superintendent II in Ministry of Agricultural as Extension officer in Epe and Ikorodu serves as Extension Agent in the rural Area.
In 2007, he was later deployed to Ministry of Rural Development from 2006, where he served in empowering the youth on Agriculture entrepreneurship in Epe, Ibeju Lekki, Badargy and Ikorodu Communities.
In 2013, he was later deployed to Ministry of Local Government and Community Affair (now called Local Government and Chieftaincy) served in dissemination of Agricultural Development initiatives to nine Local Governments in the State till year 2016.
In 2016, he was later deployed to Ministry of Environment directly posted to LASPARK (Lagos State Parks and Gardens Agency) where he has served in different capacities, currently as Head, Plant Nursery.
Mr. Hassan has an HND in Agric. Management & Extension from Lagos State Polytechnic, and a B.Sc in Agric. Extension and Rural Development from Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta.
He is married with children.

MRS. TEMITOPE OLUFUNMILAYO OKUMUYIDE
HEAD, GREENER LAGOS MANAGEMENT (GLM5)
Mrs. Temitope Okunmuyide is a B.Sc. Physics graduate of University of Ilorin with a postgraduate diploma in Computer Science.
She joined the Lagos State Government as a Scientific Officer in the year 2004. Over the years, Mrs. Okunmuyide worked at the Signage and Advertisement Department, Monitoring, Enforcement and Compliance Department, Conservation and Ecology Department, Climate Change Department and Environmental Sanitation Services Department, all within the Ministry of the Environment.
She has a versatile knowledge with the appraisal of proposals, activity reports and public complaints on environment related matters. Before her transfer to the Local Government and Community Development Unit under Environmental Sanitation Services Department, she was a thematic network officer on air quality control in the Climate Change unit, which is in collaboration with the C40 cities, a non-governmental organization which comprises of several major cities all over the world with the aim of adopting measures on climate change mitigation. She worked with Environmental Health Officers across all the 57 Local Governments Areas and Local Council Development Areas in Lagos State to create more awareness on personal hygiene, recycling and the importance of sorting from source.
Mrs. Okunmuyide, an Assistant Director (Scientific), was deployed to the Lagos State Parks and Gardens Agency in the year 2020 as a Greener Lagos Manager heading Region 5.and later moved to the Partnership Unit which she currently heads.
She is married with children.

MR. MOSES OLUSEGUN AKINYEMI
HEAD, PLANNING & BUDGET
Moses Olusegun Akinyemi is the Chief Statistical Officer and Head of Planning & Budget of Lagos State Parks and Gardens Agency (LASPARK). He joined the Lagos State Civil Service on 14th November 2001 as Higher Statistical Officer, GL 08 and was deployed to the Ministry of Economic Planning & Budget (Central Office of Statistics now Lagos Bureau of Statistics).
In 2009, he carried out the computation and analysis of Y2008 Conditional Grant Scheme (CGS) using format “A” template designed by the Office of the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) for Roll Back Malaria, construction and rehabilitation of Primary Health Centres (PHCs) in 20 LGAs and 37 LCDAs in Lagos State and that was the first time Lagos State Government benefited from that kind of Conditional Grant scheme (CGS) from the Presidency and this led to the establishment of all the Primary Health Centres across the State during the Administration of His Excellency, Mr. Babatunde Raji Fashola, (CON).
In April 2009, he was later deployed to Public Finance & Debt Management Office (PF&DMO) now Debt Management Office (DMO) under the Ministry of Finance between 2009-2014,
His deployment in 2014 to Office of Transformation (OoT) which was later renamed Office of Transformation, Creativity & Innovation (OTCI) made him the Head of Planning Unit saddled with the Planning & Budget related functions with the additional responsibility of placement of IT/SIWES students from different higher institutions both in Nigeria and Abroad into relevant MDAs as it related to their course of study, all these he executed meritoriously and performed exceptionally well toward the attainment of set targets for the Agency which earned him the Best Quarterly Officer Award for three (3) times between 2014-2019.
He was deployed to Lagos Bus Services Limited (LBSL) in 2019 as the Head of Planning Unit to plan, coordinate, prepare, monitor compliance and evaluate the Agency’s annual budget.
Mr. Akinyemi is a graduate of the prestigious Yaba College of Technology where he obtained HND (Statistics) in 1998 and also holds a Graduate Professional Diploma in Purchasing & Supply Management (GPD) from the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply Management of Nigeria (CIPSMN). He is a Fellow of the Royal Statistical Society (FRSS), United Kingdom; a Registered Member of the Nigerian Statistical Association (MNSA) now The Chartered Institute of Statisticians of Nigeria (CISON; a Chartered member of The Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply Management of Nigeria (MCIPSMN) and a Registered Statistician of The Chartered Institute of Statisticians of Nigeria (CISON).

AYODEJI ODAFE BALOGUN-ASAKO

Ayodeji Balogun-Asako is an Assistant Chief Program Analyst, ICT personnel whose passion is providing solutions to problems using IT best practices.
He came into the Civil Service in the year 2011 and was deployed to Lagos State Pension Commission where he served, gathered massive experience and rose to the position of an Assistant Head of Department, ICT.
He attended Olabisi Onabanjo University Ogun State for his Bsc. in Computer Science and Jibril Martins High School, Iponri. He is also a full Member of the Computer Professional Council of Nigeria (MCPN).
He is married with kids, a music lover and very comfortable strumming the string guitars.

ABIODUN MICHAEL ADETOYE
HEAD, PROJECTS
Abiodun Michael Adetoye, an associate member of Nigerian Institute of Architects is a Chief Technical Officer seconded from Lagos State Ministry of Infrastructure. He is currently the Head of the Projects Unit of the Lagos State Parks and Gardens Agency (LASPARK) where he oversees, under the supervision of the General Manager, the implementation of Government initiatives using standard business strategies to achieve desired goals in line with the Mandate of the Agency.
He coordinates projects implementation from concept to completion stage and has worked as Project Manager on various projects for LASPARK and other Ministries, Departments and Agencies where he had been previously deployed. He is adept in the use of tools such as AUTOCAD, REVIT and LUMEON for the production of architectural designs.
He holds Higher National Diploma (HND) and Bachelor of Science (BSc) all in Architecture from Kwara State Polytechnic, Ilorin and Bells University of Technology, Ota respectively.
Mr. Adetoye is married with children.

MS. OYETOLA RUKAYAT SUENU
HEAD, STRATEGIC ENGAGEMENTS
Oyetola Suenu, an alumnus of the Lagos State University (LASU) with a B.Sc in Chemistry, joined the Lagos State Civil Service in 2011, deployed to the Ministry of the Environment and Water Resources (Office of Environmental Services) and posted to the Lagos State Parks and Gardens Agency (LASPARK).
A pioneer staff with wealth of experience gathered from different departments within the Agency over the years, she is the head of Strategic Engagements Unit with the responsibility to liaise with organizations and individuals interested in collaborating with the Agency to achieve its mandate amongst other duties. She has been involved in engagements with numerous organizations on the adoption and year round maintenance of parks and gardens established by the State Government.
Tola has attended different training programs in Leadership & Management Excellence amongst others.
She is happily married with beautiful children.

OYETOLA RUKAYAT SUENU
HEAD, STRATEGIC ENGAGEMENTS
Oyetola Suenu obtained her first school leaving certificate from Anglican Girls Seminary School, C.M.S, Lagos in 1993 after which she proceeded to Girls Secondary Grammar School, Obalende, Lagos in 1999. She is also an alumnus of the Lagos State University (LASU) with a B.SC in Chemistry in 2008.
She interned as an assistant quality control officer both in Ragolis Waters Company, Ikorodu and Mobil Oil Nigeria, Apapa, Lagos.
She joined the Lagos State Civil Service in 2011, deployed to the Ministry of the Environment and Water Resources (Office of Environmental Services) and attended different trainings in Leadership & Management Excellence amongst others.
She has been part of projects implementation with senior colleagues and independently.

Under the close supervision of the General Manager, some successful engagements she worked on with her team members, include the renovation of the basketball court within the Ndubuisi Kanu Park,Alausa, Ikeja in partnership with Far East Mercantile Ltd., establishment of the Alausa Scenic garden in partnership with Allianz Media Ltd. Engagements with numerous organizations on the adoption and year round maintenance of gardens established by the State Government which in turn reduced the financial expenditure of the Government on maintenance of gardens to a large extent. An advocate of recreation and leisure in outdoor spaces which in turn has increased the population of youth patronage in public recreational parks.
She is a reliable team player, open to learning, evident in some of the achievements mentioned.
Tola is an indigene of Lagos State, Isale-Eko by descent, a fun seeker who derives pleasure from interacting with people of diverse culture, exploring, indoor games, collecting items for recycling and working as a volunteer on climate action projects.

MORUFF OLALEKAN OLAGOKE

Mr. Moruff Olalekan Olagoke joined the Lagos State Civil Service on 15th May, 2007 and deployed to the Ministry of Transportation as Asst. Traffic Superintendent (Internal Audit)
He served in various MDAs until 26th April, 2023 when he was deployed to Lagos State Parks and Gardens Agency as Principal Procurement Officer.
A graduate of the Lagos State Polytechnic (LASPOTECH) where he obtained both his Ordinary National Diploma (OND) and Higher National Diploma (HND).
He is a certified member of Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply Management of Nigeria.
He is happily married with children.

MR. OLUWASEUN USMAN OLAYEMI
HEAD, PARKS MANAGEMENT
Oluwaseun Usman Olayemi, an alumnus of Lagos State University (LASU) with a degree in Botany, started his working career in 2011 in the Telecomms sector as an Installer/technical operative and advanced to a position of a POS Terminal Programmer in African Prepaid Service.
In the year 2013, he advanced further to manage a Bottled Water Company as the Production Manager in Bond Water where his high performance earned him an extension service to manage Kings Global Ventures (KGV) also as a Production Manager.
In 2017, Oluwaseun was employed in the Lagos State Civil Service and started with Lagos State Parks and Gardens Agency (LASPARK).
He is married with children.

ADURAGBEMI SAMSON AREMU
ENFORCEMENT
Aduragbemi Samson Aremu, graduated with B. Sc in Physics with Electronics in 2014 from the Oduduwa University Impetuous Ile Ife( OUI).
He gained his first working experience while doing his industrial training (IT) in HURLAG, a private company that deals with metal and iron fabrication in Ikeja, Lagos State in 2012.
Aduragbemi joined the Public Service in 2018 and has served in Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST).
He was deployed to LASPARK in 2021 where he currently serves as the Head, Enforcement Unit.
He is happily married.
