LASPARK MARKS BIRTHDAYS OF HEAD OF SERVICE, 14 PERMANENT SECRETARIES WITH TREE PLANTING EXERCISE
The Lagos State Parks and Gardens Agency (LASPARK) has held its First Quarter Commemorative Birthday Tree-Planting Exercise to honour the Lagos State Head of Service, Mr. Hakeem Muri-Okunola, and 14 other Permanent Secretaries whose birthdays fall within the first quarter of Y2022.
The Head of Service, through Mr. Samson Ajibade, Permanent Secretary, Public Service Office (PSO), flagged off the exercise which took place on Wednesday at the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) road median, Alausa Ikeja.
Recall that the Agency, as a tradition, organises a tree planting event every three months to commemorate the birthdays of Principal Officers in the State Civil Service. The practice has been adopted over the years to continually promote tree planting exercises and protect the environment.
Permanent Secretaries who were honoured with the tree planting event are Arc. Odusanya Adebayo Ayodeji (Office of Works), Mr. Abiodun Bamgboye (Local Government Service Commission), Mr. Sikiru Adeniji Salami (Office of the State Auditor-General), Mr. Timothy Olukayode Ogunnubi (Office of Civic Engagement), Mr. Abidoun Shefiu Muritala (State Treasury Office); Mr. Omobolaji Tajudeen Gaji (Office of Environmental Services) and Mrs. Boladele Aderemi Dapo-Thomas (Civil Service Commission).
Others include Mr. Temitope Hundogun Sewanu (Office of Finance), Mrs. Oyebisi Okelola Oludara (Education District VI), Dr. Olugbemiga Ayoola Aina (Ministry of Youth and Social Development), Mr. Charles Adeboye Olajide (Education District V), Mrs. Mobolaji Mojisola Daba (Office of Deputy Governor), Dr. Ibrahim Akinwunmi Mustafa (Lagos State Primary Health Care Board) and Mrs. Toyin Olamide Machado-Onanuga (Teaching Service Commission).
